Play Attention is not shipped for review or approval. Lack of proper use or non-use will void the 30-day money back guarantee.

  • You must take a tutorial with our professional staff within ten (10) days after receiving Play Attention. There is no charge for the tutorial if it is taken within forty-five (45) days from the date of purchase. Should you exceed the forty-five day period, you will be charged £150.00 for either the telephone or online tutorial.
  • Returns must be preceded by submission of the user’s Play Attention data file indicating the system was used correctly by a student as directed in the Play Attention User’s Manual for (4) hours minimum. No returns will be accepted without the Play Attention data file indicating correct system use for a minimum of four (4) hours. Final and sole determination regarding proper use will be made by Games For Life, CIC.. Customer Service can instruct you on submitting the data file at 0844-335-0252.
  • If the data file is approved, Customer Service will issue you an RMA (Return Materials Authorisation) number. We DO NOT accept returns without an RMA number and data file. All returns must be requested within 30 days of the date on the packing slip or sales receipt and postmarked within 5 days of receipt of the RMA.
  • All return items must be safely packaged in like new condition and contain all original product manuals and documentation.
  • The customer must provide the original packing slip, a sales receipt, or a clear copy of the packing slip or sales receipt showing the date of purchase.
  • The RMA must be clearly labeled on the front of the return package. Again, we will NOT be able to accept a return without an RMA number. Games for Life requires that you ship your return insured via UPS or another shipping service with tracking capabilities. We will not accept responsibility for lost packages and no credit can be given for lost returns.
  • Appropriate credit will be issued within thirty (30) days upon receipt of the product and compliance with these return conditions. SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. A 15% RESTOCKING FEE OF THE TOTAL MSRP WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL RETURNS.
