How can attention training help with sports you ask?
That is simple to explain. Take for example football, when the ball is moving around and you have to follow it’s every movement and perceive its next move what are you doing? Concentrating using your attention specifically visual tracking. Now imagine you could train that skill to be sharper and more accurate using one of our many games called visual tracking allowing you to train following that ball with more accuracy than ever before.
We have different games for all types and different aspects of sports. Training your attention can improve your focus, drive and ability to maintain attention whilst engaged in vigorous training exercises.
